The Space:

Natural light pours through wide windows as the Nashville skyline stretches beyond the living area, creating a calm place to settle in after a day exploring the city. Mornings can begin quietly with a cup of coffee and views across the neighborhood, while evenings invite you to relax on the sofa and stream a favorite show as the lights of downtown begin to glow. The rhythm of Nashville sits just outside, yet the apartment offers a comfortable retreat between outings.



Sleeping arrangements

Designed to accommodate up to six guests, the apartment includes two bedrooms with a king bed and a queen bed, along with a sofa sleeper in the living area. Each bedroom provides a restful place to recharge, while two bathrooms help make mornings and evenings easier for groups traveling together. The layout offers a balance of shared living space and private corners to unwind.



Living & entertainment

The open living area centers around the skyline view, giving the space an airy feel throughout the day. Comfortable seating makes it easy to gather for conversation or settle in for a movie night, with Smart TVs available in every room for convenient entertainment. A pool table adds another way to spend time indoors, whether it’s a casual game with friends or a relaxed evening after returning from Broadway.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen provides the flexibility to cook and dine in whenever you choose. With cooking basics and space to prepare meals, you can start the day with coffee before heading out or return later to put together dinner after exploring the city’s restaurants and music venues.



Comfort & essentials

The apartment includes air conditioning and Wifi throughout the space to help keep your stay comfortable and connected. A washer and free dryer - in unit make longer stays or extended trips convenient, and clothing storage allows you to settle in easily.



Building amenities

Guests have access to shared building amenities that add flexibility to your stay. A pool offers a refreshing break from the pace of the city, while the building elevator provides easy access to the apartment. Paid parking on premises is available for guests arriving by car.($25 per night.)



Safety & security

Smoke alarm and a first aid kit are provided in the home. Exterior security cameras on property are located in common areas of the building, including the lobby, lounge, pool, gym, and elevators.

Located in one of Nashville’s dynamic areas, the apartment places you within easy reach of the city’s well-known districts. Broadway’s live music and nightlife are just a short drive away, while nearby neighborhoods like The Gulch and Music Row offer cafés, breweries, and local boutiques to explore. Whether you’re visiting for a group trip, a weekend getaway, or business travel, the apartment offers a convenient home base with the energy of Nashville close at hand.

Other Things to Note:

Please Note: While we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we are not responsible for the maintenance or availability of building amenities such as the pool, gym, elevator, or laundry facilities, as these are managed by the building. Refunds will not be issued for any amenity that is unavailable or out of service during your stay





Please understand that this building has a strict, NO WARNINGS GIVEN, rule policy with applicable fines. Fines are charged immediately to me as the unit owner and will be passed down to the guest(s) accordingly if an offense occurs. Security and building staff are monitoring at all times.



1. Absolutely no smoking or vaping anywhere on premises including balconies, pool area, courtyard, etc. $500.00 fine per occurrence and legal notice.

2. No glass of any kind by the pool - $500.00 fine per occurrence and prohibited from returning to the pool area.

3. Building quiet hours – 10:00pm CST – 7:00am CST $200.00 fine per noise complaint occurrence during this time.

4. Pool hours are 10:00am-8:00pm CST – Fine of $100.00 per person if caught in this area after hours.

5. Pets – no pets of any kind allowed in the apartment. If noticed the building will fine $500.00 since my unit is not registered as having a pet on premises. You will not receive access to apartment if you have any pets. Guest will not receive refund for stay.*



Building amenities/common spaces are shared with other guests in the building.



PLEASE NOTE: there are security cameras present in the common areas of the building. They are located in the following areas: gym, parking areas, lobby, lounge and pool.
