"The house is situated in the ideal spot on a peninsula. You feel like you have privacy without feeling totally isolated. The house is way cool. The view is awesome from the living room. The dock is a great bonus even if you’re just gonna watch the sunrises and sunsets. We saw dolphins swimming fairly close nearly every day. Just a tad disappointed in the fishing situation there at the house. I didn’t catch a fish at all and I tried for days. Went to North State Guide services and had a great day...

"Rented the property for my daughter’s graduation from ECU. So glad we picked this tranquil spot to stay rather than the city! The house has lots of space, the kitchen is well stocked with essentials, and the view from the living room is spectacular! Most of our time was spent sitting in the yard just talking! Enjoyed sun rises on the pier and some fishing, even though the fish weren’t biting much!"

Jeff was quick to correspond and his home had everything needed to have a wonderful vacation. "We were in the area to fish a Major League Fishing event on the Chowan River. The house and yard are very well maintained. The back porch has nice furniture, and a great view of the Sound. Beautiful sunsets! An added bonus was how friendly the neighbors on both sides are! Definitely plan to come back!"
