The location is on a place where there isn’t any of restaurants outside of the property. However, if you visit this place you will want to enjoy all the amenities within the property. It is amazing that one of their front desk staff visited the most hotspring resorts in America and Asia and he is able clearly tell me the unique value of the Chiben hotspring and his hotel. his information makes me felt my selection of Chiben Royal Hotel is right. ##### li gong Stayed 1 night in Apr 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Ann Marie Jan 18, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort 知本最著名的溫泉酒店，房間乾淨舒適，溫泉水棒棒的，整體環境和服務都不錯，唯獨是飲食方面真的有點一言難盡。如果是喜歡吃自助餐的朋友，其實他們自助餐真的不錯，但是如果續住兩三天，每天都是吃那些東西就真的有點膩。雖然說有鐵板燒和火鍋兩個選擇，但是已經多次回來這邊公幹然後過來休息的我們，試過兩次鐵板燒之後都決定不會再回去吃鐵板燒了。食物質素非常普通，又不能另外單點其他食物，只能以套餐來吃，然後鐵板燒師傅的態度是快點煮完快點收工，兩次都是吃得最難受的鐵板燒。反過來說火鍋吃得開開心心，食物質素以火鍋來說都不錯，但是選擇只有火鍋和自助餐的話想多住幾天都沒有可能。所以這個真的是美中不足。如果酒店能夠將飲食方面提高一下，提供更多不同選擇給願意付錢upgrade的人，相信會更加多人來。 ##### Ann Marie Stayed 2 nights in Sep 2024 ### 8/10 Good #### Tien Tsung Dec 25, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Our recent stay was almost perfect. They provided shuttle service to the airport and two train stations (for a fee). The all-you-can-eat restaurant (breakfast and dinner) was outstanding. So was the hot springs on the second floor. Staff was very nice and helpful. The only problem was the fact that their AC system has no heat. Called the front desk and they ran out of heaters. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation, avoid this place.
