Cozy, newly built terraced house located in a quiet residential area, just 1 km from Sa Riera beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the Costa Brava.  
The property is very bright and offers a comfortable and functional layout. It features three double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, and a spacious living-dining area with direct access to a lovely terrace, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views of the Medes Islands.  
The house is part of a small community with a swimming pool, shared by only four homes, providing a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere. It also includes a private garage for added convenience.  
An ideal choice for family holidays or stays with friends, combining comfort, tranquility, and proximity to the sea.

- ![This was one of my favorite spots in Spain.  It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front.  There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach.  I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach.
