"We loved our stay from the 9th to 13th June. Met and transported by Marin who welcomed us and took around this unique town accommodation. Room had everything and more that we needed with a beautiful view of the Rovijni skyline. Breakfast a highpoint with wonderful and attentive staff and a great selection of freshly cooked fare on offer We loved our short stay in a beautiful town and in my opinion wonderful town based accommodation."

"Rented the penthouse and it was an absolutely amazing stay without any exaggeration. Lots of room, equipped kitchen, huge tv, hot tub, amazing view overlooking old town. Location was also great, free parking. And the pizza from the restaurant was also great. Could not ask for more!"

"The photos do not do it justice. This place was so wonderful!! Rovinj is a most charming town and this place was no exception. The entrance is on the busy walking street which made it easy to get to everything, but once inside it’s very private. Dominik was extremely helpful and welcoming. He and his wife made an incredible breakfast. We loved everything about this place!!"

"Delightful accommodation and very good value for money, no complaints or suggestions for improvement as everything was working and clean. Easy location for the harbour/centre of town, convenience store and bakery very close by, beach only 10 mins walk with great cocktail bar at Mulini Beach hotel. "We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

"There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area. "
