Changeover Day - Saturday and Tuesday. Short breaks are available off-peak. Dog-Friendly - Yes, up to two well behaved dogs, £20/dog extra. The garden is enclosed but please do take care if your dog is adventurous or very small. Suitability - Bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor. Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 with a king bed. Bedroom 2 with a double bed. Bedroom 3 with a single bed. Bedroom 4 with a single bed and a selection of books and toys. Bathroom - Family bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Kitchen - Well equipped kitchen with Rayburn, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, cafetiere, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge/freezer (3 drawers), tv, kitchen table and six chairs. Door to garden (this is the door you use to enter the house). Clothes drier, iron and ironing board. Sitting Room - Large L shaped sofa, bean bags, log burning stove, tv with dvd player, selection of dvds, dining table with seating for six. Outdoors - Large garden with fruit trees, swing seat, bench, sun loungers and picnic table. The garden is enclosed but an adventurous dog would be able to find their way out.
