« Not really a host-free stay like VRBO advertises - the reason I prefer using VRBO in the first place. The caretakers, Kuya Bing and Ate Susan, although very acommodating and kind, can come across as overbearing. They live in the staff quarters which is an arms-length away from the back door. « Condo was well kept. Basic needs are available including wifi, plates and utensils. Host was responsive even if it was a last-minute booking. Although there was a bit of delay in the pool registration, host was able to resolve right away. Check-in registration and parking pre-registration was a breeze. Host even allowed us to get in the unit a bit earlier. There were some board games and stuff that entertained us during our quick stop to this place as our original travel plans got redirected...

« Adequate. The A/C for the apartment consists of an a/c unit in each of the bedrooms upstairs. Only fans are available downstairs. Be mindful the bath downstairs is a wet bath, and if you aren't used to traveling abroad, the toilet is a bidet. The wasing machine is nice to have, but window above is open, so when it rained, everything below got wet. Security for the unit was great and our hostess was pleasant. »
