« We had three issues that significantly impacted the trip, but some if not all could be fixed for other stays. Check-in would have been pretty smooth of the elevator wasn't broken, but that was an issue for our whole stay. We ended up having to carry luggage for 8 people up five flights of steep fire-escape stairs to access the unit. There was a problem with wifi (no power for access point) and TV (no connections) as well as other minor blemishes, but those are probably anomolies for an otherwise nice stay »

« We had a great time in Philly. The location is walkable to major attractions, and it truly felt like home with amenities like a washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. The key lockbox presented an Escape Room experience during check-in, taking a bit of time to get it open, but check-out was smooth. There are so many great options nearby—breakfast spots, juice bars, grocery stores, and happy hour bars and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and wished we could stay longer. »
