We’ll share all details upon confirmation of your stay. Ideally Located An ideal blend of city and country, the Sarrià-Sant Gervasi district straddles the city grid and the slopes of Mt. Tibidabo. The southern portion of the district is home to world-class shopping and dining, with everything from sushi to tapas bars on offer and both independent and brand-name boutiques. The more rural portion of Sarrià-Sant Gervasi includes highlights such as the Vallvidrera Reservoir, a perfect place for a long walk in nature, and the Parque de Atracciones, accessible via a funicular railway. Les Tres Torres is a lovely residential neighborhood. There are a number of restaurants clustered around the Tres Torres train station, including high-end Catalan cuisine and international options. The neighborhood also has its own multiplex, the Gran Sarrià Multicines, and several hotels. Other things to note This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangement, which may differ from what’s pictured. A security deposit of €2730 is required at booking, which will be returned within 2-4 weeks after the check-out, minus any deductible damages. Also note \- There are air conditioners in each bedroom All our rentals in Spain include a 1 (one) hour weekly cleaning service. This apartment is available for temporary stays only and is not suitable for tourist or permanent residential use.
