Stone house with private pool in Chianti

The villa is located in the heart of Chianti, the famous wine region of Tuscany, between Florence and Siena, near the medieval cities of San Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra. The villa, situated on the top of a hill, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, offers stunning views of the Tuscan hills.
We are half way between Florence and Siena (30 minutes by car), a 20 minute drive from San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Gambassi and Radda in Chianti, 30 minutes from Certaldo and Greve in Chianti, 40 minutes from Volterra. An hour's drive from the sea and just over an hour from Pisa.

In the house you will find:
- a nice and spacious living area arranged with comfortable sofas and a new satellite TV 49 inches.
- a kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, dishes, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, american and normal coffe maker
- 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 3 bathrooms (all with shower)
All bedrooms have satellite TV

The pool (17m X 9m, open from 1 May till 15 October) is an infinity edge pool with lights that change color at night.
The pool area is equipped with an open gallery and an outside bathroom.
In the garden there is a large professional barbecue and a wooden gazebo (3m X 3m) with a large table to have a nice dinner outside.
