« Lors de mon arrivée avec ma réservation payée d'avance le réceptionniste m'a dit que je n'avais aucune réservation.après un appel à expédia j'ai pu avoir une chambre pour 5 nuits au lieu de neuf.J'ai ensuite changé d'hôtel heureusement car c'est une honte de loger dans cet hôtel. les chambres sales et rudimentaires,le personnel ne te dit pas bonjour,le déjeuner lamentable.Et le pire c'est que dés 9h30 du matin tout le monde est prés pour accueillir des trips de touriste chinois pour déjeuner ...

« La vue de la chambre est à coupé le souffle, il est dans une zone protégée. Calme, très beau jardin, très reposant. Séjour maxi pour se refaire une santé 4 jours, après ennuie total. Mais il n est pas au niveau dans 4\* car le mobilier est modeste et les portes sont encore à clés, coffre minuscule, pas de tiroirs et penderie pas pratique. L hôtel est à 7km de la ville plus proche donc il vaut mieux aller en voiture car le taxi coûte 500bath aller/retour ce qui est exorbitant pour la Thaïlande,...

« It was that bad. People there were really nice and obviously the price should have make me think twice. There is absolutely nothing around, people called us a taxi to get to the pier in the morning but the guy charged us 300THB when the XL bolt was 150THB. Beds are better in jail and there was red ants all over the bed in one room. You have to pour a bucket full of water on the toilet when you're done .. honestly dont recommend even for 1 night but we are still alive so ... »

« Hôtel et personnel accueillant, le restaurant est du resort est top. Par contre, le petit déjeuner en buffet est simple sans plus. La literie est propre mais dans ce genre de resort attendez vous à avoir plein de moustique et autre insecte de votre chambre. À la base, nous étions venu car le resort est un water park. Nous avons eu droit qu’a la piscine qui est très simple, au pédalo sur le lac sinon il n’y a plus de structure gonflable comme le précise leur publicité. Hôtel trop en retrait sinon...
