"This has been the first airport hotel that i have said to myself, "i would stay here again next time.""

"This propert is old and tired. The staff were kind and efficient. The carpet seemed dirty in the room. There was also a cigarette smoke smell in the hall in the evening and morning. "

"Way too few parking spots for hotel size, Breakfast okay. Located in a cool but very busy market and food district. Very clean and friendly staff, but parking did not allow us to venture out much past check-in times for fear of having to park in a far away dark alley or battle for street parking with locals and market and restaurant goers"

"Very disappointing stay. No where in the process of booking were we notified that we would have to pay $24 for 1 night of parking. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that charges its customers for parking. I brought it up with the employee checking my party in and he could care less. I inquired of how fair that was, this surprise charge. He looked at me as if I was speaking another language. We also chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub and both were closed. This was not mentioned in the booking process, nor by the front desk. I brought my kids down to the pool. After getting everyone ready, all excited to have a family experience, and then there’s a piece of paper taped to a door saying pool and hot tube are closed for “maintenance.” Brutal. This was one of the worst stays in my family’s history. Radisson needs to up its professionalism here. "

"This is our go to hotel when staying downtown for concerts or hockey games. Love that there is parking underground and that the staff is always friendly and goes above and beyond to meet our needs. Never had an issue here and would recommend to others! "
