The property boasts a private natural area of 600 square meters and offers amenities like Internet WiFi, an infrared sauna, a sun terrace, and a storage room for skis. It also provides parking facilities for up to two cars at the house. With a yard, Internet WiFi, and parking, this holiday rental caters to your outdoor and connectivity needs during your stay.  
  
Outdoors  
The property's location offers a sunny position on a slope, situated 600 meters away from the skiing area. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy walking paths accessible directly from the house, while the chair lift is conveniently located just 600 meters away. The slopes, ski rental, and sled run are within a short distance, providing ample opportunities for winter sports enthusiasts. Additionally, nearby attractions like the summer toboggan run and climbing garden are just 2 kilometers away.  
  
Other Information  
Access to the property is via a 1-kilometer-long bumpy motor access road, and it is recommended to use snow chains during winter. While the property is located 15 kilometers away from grocery stores, a restaurant is conveniently situated 1 kilometer away. The provider notes that due to the geographical location on the mountain, WiFi reception may vary and is highly dependent on weather conditions. Groups of teenagers are accepted only upon request, and in case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis.

The property is also conveniently located near hiking paths in the Koralm, Saualm, and Lavanttaler Alpen regions.

Unit Layout  
You will find a 5-room chalet with a total area of 115 square meters, featuring bright and tasteful wooden furniture furnishings. The entrance hall leads to an open living room equipped with a satellite TV (flat screen) and access to the terrace. The kitchen/living room area includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, electric coffee machine, and an open-hearth fireplace with a dining nook. Additionally, there is a shower/WC on the main floor. The top floor consists of four bedrooms: one room with a double bed and satellite TV, access to the balcony, another room with a double bed and balcony access, a third room with a double bed, and a double bedroom with two beds. There is also a bath/shower/WC, a hydro massage shower, and a hydro massage bath.  
  
Amenities Included  
The chalet is equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation stay. It features gas heating, wooden floors, balconies with balcony furniture, electric barbecue, and deck chairs. Additionally, you will have access to a washing machine, dryer, hair dryer, and internet (WiFi, free). A Nespresso coffee machine is also available for your convenience.  
  
Other Information  
The chalet offers a marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. It is a non-smoking house suitable for families, and a maximum of one pet/dog is allowed. For your safety, a fire extinguisher is provided. Nearby, there is a vending kiosk in the village for purchasing essential food and daily necessities. Please note that due to the geographical location, the WLAN (WiFi) may not always be available.
