A leisurely 10-minute stroll along the coastal path will lead you to the stunning Siren’s Beach, and a short drive brings you to Makronissos Beach, Nissi Beach, Nissi Avenue and the vibrant heart of Ayia Napa. The Space: The villa has a bright and spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area leading to the mature garden showcasing the private swimming pool. The living space boasts two inviting corner sofas, offering a serene view of the pool or an opportunity to unwind in front of the TV. The property manager was able to accommodate us with an early check in and a late checkout which was really helpful. Facilities are all great although a mirror in the main bedroom and downstairs bedroom would be advantageous. The villa is in a fabulous location which benefits from sea breezes on the hot afternoons, plenty of sun loungers and the large parasol is a godsend in the middle of the day. BBQ facilities are good. The water canister is a good option which we really missed last year. The get you in pack was a little sparse with only 4 small bottles of water although 5 adults were booked in, previous years we have had bread, orange juice, butter and large bottles of water which would be helpful for someone who does not know the area or arrived late. Just a few consecutive comments as we love staying in this villa and will definitely be booking again in the future. ##### Paula R.
