The spiral staircase takes you to the master bedroom and bath upstairs; all other rooms are on the first level. You will find king beds in the upstairs bedroom and one downstairs bedroom. The third bedroom has six bunk style twin beds. This home has a den with wet bar and a fireplace with gas log in the living room. There's a spacious deck out front, and it's only a short walk to the beach and shopping. I would never recommend this to anyone. There was one large pot and one large pan for cooking in a home that slept 10! The towels were stained and we had to use our beach towels to shower. The WiFi hardly worked although I understand that it’s an island. Poor and rundown furnishings. Key details about the property — including the master bedroom being a loft and the condition of the master bed itself — were not clearly disclosed prior to booking and significantly affected comfort and usability.Overall Habitability: With multiple heating failures, unusable sleeping arrangements, and incomplete disclosures, the property did not meet the standard that was represented or reasonably expected for a paid stay. ##### Craig A. We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness this year--bathroom towels were stained and we had to wash the bathroom carpets as they were disgustingly dirty. We had three families on this trip and the spaciousness of the house and patio were perfect for our crew. The location is also a great perk; only 1 block from the beach and the main promenade was really convenient throughout our 4 day stay. Nice big kitchen made cooking while socializing very fun. The pictures actually did not do it justice. The location was amazing. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The golf cart was a great addition. A great way to see the island. I thought checkout time of 10am was too early, 11am would have been more acceptable. My criticism would be that there was no dish soap or fresh sponges in the kitchen or hand soap in the bathrooms. The unit above can be easily heard in the bedrooms. ##### LeNorah E. We rented both units and really enjoyed being able to have the 4 families all together. The kids loved the bunk room! As far as I could tell, this property has the best patio on the island. So big!
