« The home was clean and well maintained. It's not a huge home but it was more than ample for 6 adults. Everything worked without exception. The kitchen had everything needed for any type of meal. Vons is just a block away and the board walk just a couple more blocks. The owner Amy is congenial and helpful. For the cost we believe it's the best deal in town. »

« Definitely a great view! Your able to ride around town with the cart that comes with it. No Netflix, no good channels to do a movie night in December. Needs a deep clean. We found a mask under the bed and spider cobs around the home. Love how they have extra blankets everywhere. Will still come back :) »

« My family traveled to Catalina on the tail end of a long vacation. The charm of this house is one of a kind and the location was absolutely perfect! We did not cook but if we did it had everything needed to do so. The beds were so comfortable with grey linens and warm blankets. We relaxed in the evenings watching tv in the living room after fun filled adventures on the island. I’ve already began planning our next stay, hoping it’s available. »

« This older home had an awesome location just a few blocks off the main strip. The house is very big with lots of amazing outdoor space. The house was musty when we got there so we opened the windows and that helped. I recommend leaving a window or two open when you go into town as the smell returns when the house is closed up. Well appointed house. Bring your own beach towels or rent some down by the beach. The early check in they allowed us was a huge bonus. Make sure to charge the golf cart as...

« Property was as advertised. We had a couple power outages, but they were fixed in a timely manner. Had an issue with toilet, it was fixed promptly. The view was awesome. Management company said the would refund 25% for the day power was out. Not sure when that refund hits my account. »

« The place is modern, gorgeous and comfortable. We stayed when it was pouring rain and could not have had a better time. Each room is better than the next and the kitchen was fully stocked. The fireplace does not work, but when we brought that to the attention of the management company, they replied immediately and we were well taken care of. Would definitely recommend! »

The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest. »
