Never heard back from them nor did anyone come to look at the lock. We had to use the handle of a broom to wedge in the frame. The fact anyone could have broken in was unsettling. And the lack of addressing the issue or following up was even more upsetting. My best experiences with vrbo have been when the communication is directly with the owner. It is so beautiful, inside and out, and my team and I felt right at home. It is - hands down - the BEST rental house I've ever stayed in. We stayed with our 4-year old. This home is better than the pictures represent, and in the best location in Austin. The house is immaculate and perfect for a family or 2 groups traveling together. This was the best!! Great communication from the start. Easy access on arrival, great layout of home. Very clean, kitchen had every utensil needed to cook, drink and serve. Just one block away from South Congress which has a ton of restaurants and shops. The only downside was the late 4pm check in, especially on a holiday weekend where everyone in the group was flying in much earlier that day.
