### Gated Buckhead estate with guesthouse, theater, gym - Simply the Best

This stunning new home is the finest executive home for lease in Buckhead and is newly available. Fully-serviced, furnished, and all-inclusive, this home offers every possible convenience in a vacation-home setting. The location is secure, peaceful, and secluded, yet surrounded by the most beautiful estates on Tuxedo Park’s prestigious Valley Road. The best dining and entertainment that Buckhead has to offer is at your doorstep.  
  
Access to the hilltop estate is secured by a gated bridge, providing the ultimate in privacy and security. Generous parking areas are found at the front motor-court, as well as a 3-car garage and a separate guest house. Inside you will find an open and airy living space with 12-foot ceilings and large steel windows throughout. The home’s design is sophisticated yet fun and exciting, making every day feel like a vacation!  
  
Upon entering the dramatic foyer is a private office with floor to ceiling windows that take in views of the garden while providing a quiet work space. An elevator in the central hall provides access to all three floors.  
  
The gorgeous fully outfitted award-winning kitchen design features a full beverage wall, extensive prep and storage space, seating for 5 at the counter, and 8 more in the adjacent dining room. Beyond the kitchen area you will find one of two powder rooms, a laundry room, and an entrance to the garage.  
  
In the center of the home is a covered outdoor living room with retractable screens to take in the treetop views during all four seasons.  
  
The outdoor pool terrace off the kitchen features a heated pool and spa, grilling area, and outdoor dining. Step down to the firepit area that is under the canopy of the mature trees, and enjoy the views and gentle murmur of the stream below. Your four-legged friends will love that the entire property is securely fenced, and a special dog-yard is conveniently located directly off the pool terrace.  
  
The primary bedroom suite is on the main level. The show-stopping primary bath features an oversized shower, separate water closets with deluxe Toto Washlets, and two generous walk-in closets.  
  
2nd Floor  
The upper floor may be accessed via elevator or the sculptural central staircase. This level features a playroom with sofas, TV, and 2 homework/craft stations. Flanking either side of the playroom are two bedrooms, each with a private full bath. One of the bedrooms features a single king bed, while the other offers two twin beds for kids.  
  
Terrace Level  
The terrace level is dedicated to fun and recreation! A state of the art theater featuring a 150″ screen offers up your favorite movies and games in stunning 4k or 3D.  
  
The theater is open to a separate living room, game room, and library with a full bar, ping-pong table, and a retro record player with classic record collection. The oak library shelves that line this space are full of interesting books, fun games, and beautiful art. A massive 18’x11′ steel window bathes the library in natural light and views.  
  
Off of the library you will find two more bedroom suites, one secondary master suite with a kind bed, large closet, private toilet, and double vanity. The other bedroom is a fun bunkroom for the kids with 4 built-in bunkbeds, play space, and a private bath.  
  
Wellness Center  
Two rooms of fitness offer up plenty of ways to find your zen and blow off steam. The gym includes weight training, boxing, aerial yoga, floor yoga, and more. Next door to the gym you will find the Peloton Room with everything Peloton offers included here for your use. Enjoy live classes on the Row, Bike or Tread or turn the flatscreen TV into your personal trainer using the AI-powered Peloton guide. After your workout grab a drink of water and spend some time winding down in the Swedish sauna.  
  
Guest House  
In the front motor-court opposite the front door, granite steps lead up and around to the guest house entrance. This space features a king bedroom, private bath, vaulted living room, full laundry, plus a dedicated full kitchen and dining area. This guest house area is located above the three car garage and is completely private from the home, perfect for live-in staff or long-term guests!
