Black Swan Townhouses are only four blocks to the Silver Queen Gondola and two blocks to downtown Aspen. The top-floor primary suite features a King-size bed, a walk-in closet, and flat screen TV. The master bathroom features double vanities, a steam shower and jetted tub, and a steamer/heat lamp. The second floor living area features a family room/den and a powder room. The main living area has a sectional sofa, wood-burning fireplace, flat screen TV, a window sitting area, a formal dining area that seats eight people, deck with a large back yard and a grill. The ground floor features two bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with a shower and a heat lamp. There is also a spacious mud/entry area and a full laundry room with a washer, dryer and basin. The basement-level features the large suite, which has it's own entry and bathroom with marble countertops, a steam shower, dual vanities, and a jetted tub. The guest bathroom also features a flat screen TV and DVD player, and a full-size pullout sofa that can accommodate a guest, for a total of 8.
