A new spacious and modern chalet consisting of three 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms, bedroom 1 kingsize, bedroom 2, 2 * single. bedroom 3, 2 * single beds, all beds are full size with luxury sprung matress's, large lounge with french doors opening on to decking with panoramic views only 10 ft from the waters edge at high tide. The living room has a 42 inch flatscreen tv, surroundsound dvd system and internet. You simply will not find a better waterside location.

Large communal garden games room with pool table, airhockey, darts and playstation etc. children must have adult supervision.

Oudoor bar seating area known as the terrace bar with gas fire pit is communal and may be booked for exclusive use in advance for special occassions may be made, area has fire pits and gas patio heaters for winter use.
We also have kayaks and small boats available for fishing or messing around on the water !

Please advise your hosts in advance should you be bringing an electrical vehicles to site, especially if you require or intend to charge it from the properties power supply.
Any consumption of electricity for vehicle charging has not been factored into your rental rate and as such will be recharged to you at a specified rate at the end of your stay using the most recent kw hour rates applicable or alternatively reclaimed from your rental deposit.
