Located on the 2nd floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom on the mezzanine and a shower room. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: \- A living room with blackout blinds of 30 m² with a TV (netflix subscription), a sofa bed, armchairs, an office area and a dining area. \- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... \- A mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), dressing room, and library. \- A bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment is ideally located in Arras, in a very pleasant environment within the historic district with a view of the belfry from the street. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : Arras is the capital of the Pas de Calais region and is located in the Artois region. It is the center of a rich architectural and memorial heritage linked to the Great War of 14/18\. The apartment had all necessary amenities, and was cozy and comfortable. The hosts left many suggestions of sights to visit, and clear instructions for any questions you may have (how to navigate the tv, heater, etc). We spent four nights in this cute apartment, and enjoyed walking around beautiful Arras. ##### Anna C.
