« A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

« Ezra was super nice and easy to work with. Very accessible and clean. It was a little heavy on the CBD smell/smoke when we first got in on Saturday but the odor decreased as the week went on. Couldn’t even notice it by Tuesday! Accommodations were perfect for me and 3 teens, room to spread out and cook too! »

« Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost. »

« 2 long blocks from the Orange and Silver lines makes this a good suburban option for avoiding exorbitant downtown hotel costs. THe kitchen is well enough supplied you could cook if you wanted. The neighborhood is a food desert so plan ahead. Despite the busy road the bedroom was quiet. »

« Good location, nice spacious apartment, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen. Check in was very poor, as I never got the emailed code to obtain the key. Also, the room was very cold and thermostat did not work. »

« Don’t stay here. I checked in and the beds were dirty, there were dishes in the sink, and the bathroom was dirty as well. I called the host to help me. I sent photos. They said they would try to help me. And there was no response for an hour or afterwards. I couldn’t stay in a dirty bed so I had to book another hotel. As of today, I have not received any response from the host, or reimbursement, or apology. »
