« Nice »

« Excellent hôtel »

« Had to wait because room was not yet ready even after check-in time! Then room was full of mosquitoes and not properly cleaned because the windows stayed open. Had to be moved to a different room with less amenities for the stay. Lack of communication between staff as they change shifts so we had to pay twice for a late check-out. Could not work that day because of the back and forth. Still waiting for the refund of the double late checkout fee payment. »

« Très bon emplacement »

« Not want I had expect. Environment iwas not comfortable enough for a good nights stay, I expected. Staff didn't know my stay included breakfast so I had to wait for them to order for items to prepare it. This inconvenienced me. »

I booked for my group of friends and they promised me a hotel of the expected quality since the Joy Palace could not accommodate us all. We were housed in a "low-end" hotel, very small and poorly...

« A place of choice to stay! »

« When I arrived again the check-in process wasn't organised even though I had sent messages to them directly. The lift was out of order for the entire time of my stay. No heads up in advance. I was on the 10th floor plus three carpark levels so 13 stories, so a bit of a hike every day. The apartment wasn't serviced once during my stay. In addition the hot water to the main bedroom shower didn't work properly. The shower didn't bother me to much as i was taking cool showers due to the heat. The...
