« I found the room I had originally booked to be very, very dark, and also not set up very well, ie, the arrangement of furniture made it hard to move around. Plus, the lock really needs fixing, as it might take me 5-10 tries to open it at night -- not very pleasant. They were most gracious in offering me a different room, which I loved: brighter, the lock worked well, and there was room for my small suitcase plus room to move around. So I am very grateful, and I ended up having a great time. ...
