It was perfectly located to where we were attending a retreat. Close to restaurants, etc. Well decorated, felt like home. Well equipped. If we could give 6 stars we would. There is a decent amount of road congestion that made getting in and out of the neighborhood a little longer than expected. Good news is that should be resolved before too long. Our only challenge was with the house thermostat and the Utah weather in April. It would be cold in the mornings but the thermostat was on lock down by the owner. « There were a LOT of spiders. I went as far as to buy my own can of Raid. Left the Raid behind and I hope they use it for the next person. It's a nice place, but the toilet smells terrible and when putting dishes in the dishwasher, the smell was really bad. Had to load the dishwasher because it's part of the rules from their rule book. Need to bleach the toilet and dishwasher before having someone there would help. Also, I understand it's a basement and basements have spiders, but that wad quite...

This house was every bit of what we needed. It was also convienently located to our dental office, shopping, and groceries.
