Cleanliness was so-so, as my wife went around with cleaning wipes and sanitized all surfaces before we settled in. The wipes came out quite dirty. Otherwise it was comfortable and nicely decorated. The third-party company (evolve) that the property owner uses is awful, and tried to charge us an additional fee several days after our stay was complete. This fee was not disclosed anywhere in the description on Expedia and is a predatory practice, nearly a scam.
