"Prime central location, very easy walking distance to everything downtown. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant on the second floor was excellent, we ended up going back for breakfast after a dinner there, top notch."

"Loved the place. A special call out to the staff at Valet for helping us. Also a special call out for the staff helping with shuttle support . Thank yoh to our front desk team too. We are extremely happy we got a chance to stay at this property. Looking forward to coming back soon."

"Place was great except one thing.. the lack of AC had one room hot while others were cold and couldn’t circulate around the air. The place is beautiful just kids wanted their rooms not freezing, it was 42 degrees outside, and master bedroom was uncomfortably warm. I’m chucking that up as we should have figured out airflow better but worth keeping in mind."

"Had a good 2 nights here. Lovely comfy beds although bed linen very worn. Shower was good. Staff were very nice . There is no air con but we were lucky it wasn't too hot. There's a fan attached to window. The best bit was we could walk to all the shops and dining options. It needs a good refurb. Highly unlikely we'd stay again because of no air con."

"Above and beyond expectations. We liked having the door and parking access handled via smartphone app. Checking desk staff were courteous and helpful. Room was well appointed and quiet and very clean. Loved our stay so close to Main Streer."

"Room was great. Very clean. The only negative was the breakfast set up. Not well restocked, 900 am empty pitcher of milk that wasn't refrigerated or set in ice. Out of bowls and spoons,few oranges and slices of bread. Im mean im not expecting a lavish buffet but I would have enjoyed the ability to atleas have had a snack."

"This is our 3rd time staying here and we love it. This year there weren’t too many kid activities provided but we also came at a diff time period (off season) so that could be part of the reason. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and plan on returning next year."

"Nice staff. Great location actually backing up to the beautiful little mountain river and a block from all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful common areas. The room was small, old and tired but adequate for a one-night stay. Didn’t know I booked the worst room in the house but evidently I did."
