"We very much enjoyed staying in Rurberg, it is a very beautiful and peaceful area. We enjoyed walking, canoeing and boat trips all of which were only ten minutes away from the house . The house itself was impressive and had plenty of space and we enjoyed using the pool table and air hockey table and spent many relaxing hours on the veranda using the comfy outdoor furniture provided. However, unfortunately the house was not very clean, it was dusty and had cobwebs and the kitchen felt greasy...

"Anreise laut Email ab 16 Uhr. Um 15 Uhr wurde angerufen wo wir denn blieben, der Tourist-Service Sassnitz würde um 16 Uhr schließen. Wir haben es noch bis 16 Uhr geschaft !!!Wenn man die Fewo betritt steht man direkt im Schlafzimmer. Es war keine Fußmatte vorhanden, bei fast allen anderen Fewo im Gebäude lag wenigstens eine vor der Türe. Das Schlafzimmer grenzt mit der Außenwand an den Aufzug den man so leider gut hören kann. Der Parkplatz ist leider 300m von der Fewo entfernt. Die Zufahrt war...

"Wir haben die Villa geschäftlich für ein Coaching genutzt. Es waren 16 Personen. Die Villa war einfach super. Dem Alter entsprechend ausgestattet. Was uns wichtig war, dass jedes Zimmer ein Bad hat, da die Teilnehmer sich nicht kannten. Der Standort, das Ambiente, der Garten laden ins 19\. Jahrhundert ein. Genial war, dass es für das Essen einen Aufzug gab. Denn die Küche ist im Keller. Für das Teamcoaching war es super, denn es durften alle zusammen anpacken und das hat zusammen geschweißt....

Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der Aufenthaltsbereich ist sehr großzügig!Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und informativ. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass es sich um Gemeinschaftsduschen handelt und es keine richtigen Badezimmer gibt."
