🔴 IML has introduced a new wristband policy for short-term rental guests:  
🔹 Wristbands are now required to access community amenities (pools, beaches, etc.)  
🔹 $10 per wristband per person (Valid for your entire stay)  
🔹 You can buy directly at the Clubhouse or pre-order it from us, just let us know in advance  
🔹 Wristbands are non-transferable and must be worn while using amenities

⚠️ Friendly Note: 🐻 Since our home is tucked in nature, you may spot a black bear in the area from time to time. No worries - they’re generally well-behaved and prefer to keep their distance from people. As long as food and trash are secured, they’ll simply wander by and continue on their way.  
  
🛠️ Please Note: The sauna area is currently undergoing some construction and improvements to make the space even better for our guests. That said, the sauna itself is fully functional and ready for you to enjoy during your stay! We appreciate your understanding while we give the area a bit of a refresh!  
  
🛠️ Please note that backyard work materials have been delivered to the property and are currently being stored in the garage area in preparation for future backyard maintenance. No construction or work will take place during your stay, and the materials are neatly stored to avoid any disruption.
