The Akaroa Oceanview Home is a beautiful three-bedroom property, situated up the hill from the village offering the most breathtaking views of Akaroa. This two-story home features two spacious queen bedrooms, one twin bun bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a private TV room and a sunlit lounge opening up to a 180-degree wrap-around balcony. With doors scattered around the front of the house for ultimate indoor-outdoor flow. Guests have easy access to private bush walks down to the village centre where you can visit playgrounds, beachfront restaurants, and cafes. Please be aware that accessing the house requires driving down a very steep driveway. As well as walking up this driveway to access the front door. Access to the lower level is also something to note as this is a ladder stair which may not be accessible for all. The apartment\`s prime location ensures that all the necessary amenities for a relaxing weekend are within walking distance (if you don\`t mind walking up/down hills). The waterfront area offers a delightful array of shops where visitors can discover unique trinkets and treasures. Make sure to visit the near by Giant\`s House, a must-visit local attraction. Our cleaning fees reflect the level of care and detail our housekeeping team provide in our homes. While you may be staying in a regular family home, our intention is to provide hotel-quality comfort for your stay, regardless of the type of property. This requires extensive cleaning after each check-out to ensure every guest is able to experience our properties at their best. Our cleans also include hotel-quality linen on all our beds, bathroom toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as tea, coffee & hot chocolate for your first couple of days. For stays exceeding 14 days, a mid-stay clean is required to keep the property at the highest standards. If you would also like a linen change please let us know so we can book this in for the same time. Mid-stay cleans or linen changes for stays less than 14 days are optional. The house was very well set up with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. When we arrived the fire was already going and there was milk and chocolate in the fridge for us. The location was quiet and private. The driveway was not the easiest to navigate and found parking at the cemetery and then a short walk was easiest for us.Giving two thumbs up for this property and would recommend.
