« Beautiful property with comfortable beds and incredible views. Check-in was a breeze and owner worked with us on the check-in time. We loved the lack of WiFi, felt more like an escape (although cell service was strong if we needed anything). No dishwasher, which some might find off-putting, but not a problem for us. We thought it the perfect little cabin for a Colorado summer stay. »

« New, quiet, clean, comfortable bed, and the cookies are a nice touch. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again, but I would pack my eye mask. There are several electronics in a small space, all with digital clocks or lights, which light up the inside at night. There are also some lights outside that feed in, so if you have to have it really dark at night bring a mask. In saying that, it was a great option for a short stay. The bathroom is great for an average sized person. It got the job...

We brought our portable propane firepit and enjoyed playing horse shoes and just sitting under the large trees having conversation and cocktails. « Wow! This place is a slice of heaven! The peace, connection, and awe we felt for the land and our time together was incredible. Judy and Craig have this place outfitted. Very well equipped. « The cabin is lovely and relaxing. It is isolated enough to enjoy the solitude of the land around you without being far from a neighbor. The location was perfect for us who had family staying at different venues from a hotel in Trinidad to camper camping at the creek a couple of miles up the road. Of the different cabin type places to stay - this one is exceptionally lovely. We would definitely stay again. »

« Thank you to the property owners for having this property available. I can see from the listing pictures that the owners have changed some furniture (chairs, bed frame) but we loved the layout of the cabin, the furniture is sturdy, taken care of and in good condition. They were readily available-met us when we parked at the lodge to escort us to our cabin; brought us extra towels, TP, soap when asked. We definitely recommend staying at this property, and would be happy to stay in any other...

"Very dirty and sticky floor... white sox became black... disgusting to walk bare feet. It's the basic to have a clean floor. Says a lot about the establishment. No respect for the clients.
