Carlos, Ashley & Lionel at the pool bar are the best bar tenders. Basically the entire staff that works at this resort is friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome. Until next for our 10th trip"

"We loved our stay and the staff was amazing especially Whandy (AKA Orlando) in the front luggage arrival area. The only things we would change is when going to the buffet people should be allowed to bring plates to their room when not feeling good because the room service meu has terrible options and the food is always cold and terrible. Might also want to stock the refridgerators with more water and beer. Two small beers is not enough."
