« This condo was very clean and neat. It would be a little tight with four people sharing one bathroom, unless it was a family with children. The elevator was a little funky - it always stops on the first floor on the way down whether you push the button or not! Exit is at B. But, at least there is an elevator! The accommodations were very nice, just BEWARE of the large Property Fee added to the seemingly low nightly price. »

« Our overall stay was really good. Nice place, nice room, nicely decorated. Shower floor was dirty with dark stains. The dresser in the bedroom is not level. Drawers open on their own at will. Dresser was almost comical. »

« Very nice chalet. It was clean and roomy and nicely decorated. Two hot tubs, a pool table, two fuse ball tables, air hockey table and arcade games. The two kitchens were fully stocked with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and everything a big group would need. Close to grocery stores and other types of stores. The bedrooms were fantastic! All were private with your own rest room and flat screen tv. There was also a media room but you have to bring your own movies. Highly recommend this chalet. »

« Everything was perfect. Very nice, up to date condo, plenty of room, everything you needed was supplied. LOVED it because both bedrooms had king size beds. This was a deciding factor in my decision. The area all around was very nice, clean and felt very safe. It was great that it only took about 5 minutes to get to the main strip where everything was located conveniently. »

« It’s a split level with lots of stairs. But if you don’t mind the climb, it’s worth it. Aunt Bugs was great and we had a lovely time. Pool was a little small and we had to share it with the entire complex. Other than that, had a great time. »

« The cable boxes didn’t work in two of the bedrooms. The jets in the main bathtub didn’t work. The beds were very hard. My son chose to sleep on the couch due to the beds and not having a TV. Also, you have to take your trash down the hill to almost the entrance. »

« Property was perfect for our needs with all the bedrooms and bathrooms. Hot tub, pool table, and grill worked great for our group. Great location close to the island, Dollywood, and good places to eat. Only negatives were fridge wasn’t working, floors a little squeaky, and the kitchen was a little dark. »
