"We stay in this city at least twice a month and thought we would try a new hotel for a fair price. Front desk ladies were amazing, polite, quick, and helpful! Our room was spacious as we booked a suite. Clean, slightly out dated decor, and we had intermittent hot water. Not ideal when you want to wash your hands and have a shower. We had 2 other couples meet us at our room for a glass of wine before we went out for the evening and within 15 minutes, security knocked on our door saying the neighbours complained about loud noise. It was 3 couples talking over a glass of wine at 10:30pm Friday night. No music, no party, just friends talking. Rooms are clearly not sound proof at all and walls are thin. We of course apologized but then decided to spend the rest of our evening outside of the room. I have stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms as we travel very often for both work and pleasure and have never had a noise complaint. I was shocked. No blame on the staff but this is clearly not a hotel for those who want to do anything other than sleep in it. We won’t be back to this hotel but it was worth a try. "

"The room is clean and functional. Unfortunately, the pillows are horrible. Housekeeping woke us up at 8 am the first morning, so that wasn’t great. Overall, it was a good stay. "

"Great staff. The suite is a lux experience for the price and you can walk to all the downtown activities. Wish there was complimentary coffee in the lobby. "

"Lovely large room, comfortable beds; great shower pressure and amenities; staff were great when a small personal problem occurred; overall wonderful stay but the scented lobby is far too strong - even for someone who enjoys perfumes"

"Great location! A quick walk to the Scotiabank Arena, and other attractions. Hotel was really nice on the inside, and could tell it was newly renovated. Only downsides were the cleanliness of the bathroom which had some hair in the drain from the previous people, and build up in the corners of the shower. As well as the noise from the hallway really travels into the rooms at night time. However, this is a great hotel for location! "
