« Oh my goodness gracious, first off you are ON AN ISLAND!! Yes, that's right it's an Island Resort Hotel n downtown Gatlinburg. There is a sidewalk that follows the perimeter of the island and allows you access to the river for fishing or sightseeing. Look out for bears, you will see bears. This was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in the area, I just loved it. If you have kids you can stay all day at the resort and order food to your chair as you are pool-side. Definitely coming back again. 11/10 »

« We had a pleasant day. Had a nice room with a balcony that looked out onto the creek. The view beyond the water was the side of another hotel and roadways. The food was OK. The cocktails were a bit of a miss, but the service was great. They offer pumped products in the bathroom, but the pumps either didn’t work or there was no product in the pumps so bring your own toiletries Into the shower »

« This hotel is excellent. It’s in a great location, walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The pool area is very nice. The rooms spacious and clean. Has a great breakfast included, which we only realized the second day. Can be pricey depending on when you are visiting but truly a great hotel in a great location! »
