"Such a great stay. Staff were very friendly, room is modern and while like all Japanese hotel rooms it's a bit smaller it still is large enough. Location is right next to the stairs from Kitahama Subway Station (make sure to take exit 3 so you don't go walk around in circles like I did when I arrived.) The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything you would need. Our only gripe is that it can be a bit difficult to navigate to the hotel from Osaka/Umeda Station. "The hotel is clean and modern. I like how spacious the room is. However we ordered room service and they gave us the wrong order. It took another 1 hour for them to deliver. Totally we spent 2 hours on waiting for a grilled Steak rice bowl. It seems like the staffs there don't speak English well. And the bathtub is a bit stuck. Water doesn't go away quickly. "

"The hotel is near to ebisucho station. However, be prepared to carry luggage as the station don’t have elevator to the track. The best things are free alcohol and ramen every night and hot spring. Please be mindful that this hotel accept travel agency which can be very crowded. We had a very good sleep. Overall is a wonderful stay"

"The only reason why i would not give it 5 stars is that they give you 2 pillows and the duvet is not long enough for the bed. Its extremely uncomfortable for tall people. But overall extremely nice"

"Convenient location, close to train station. Excellent grocery store next door. Large selection of prepared meals (great sushi!) and huge wine section. Unfortunately our queen room was dark and very small for two people traveling with luggage. There was a huge construction project across the street from our room making it extremely noisy during the day. Breakfast was delicious! Best we’ve had since arriving in Japan a month ago. "

"My room views was spectacular. Bed was very comfy and ameties were great. I was on the 28th floor and could see the Osaka skylines. Although it is a bit far of a travel and a long walk like 15 mins to the train station( super crowded and confusing) going to Dotunburi (takes like 35 mins approx.) the main Osaka attractions esp Dotonburi, I still liked the area. I had to take a taxi to get the airport likousine to the New hankyu Hotel because it's just way too far to walk."
