"Everything is dated. Supposed to be able to get free airport shuttle but when you call you end up talking to AI Bots which just angers you. Then you finally get a human and they are other side of the world and less than helpful. Ended up hanging up and taking uber. Front desk person mumbled at me and certainly wasn’t happy to be there which made me not happy to be there."
