We enjoyed the walk to Little Fish Coffee for açai bowls, bagels, and an affordable bag of ground coffee. « We chose this condo for its location in Koloa. Perfect size, home away from home, kitchen modern and functional, nice bedrooms, beds comfortable, leather sectional couch, washer and dryer. The clubhouse pool/gym was better than resort style. Aside from the beautiful pool, they had inside/outdoor workout areas, pickleball court, tennis, and basketball. « We had a group of 6 people and we stayed from 8/6-8/12 and this house was perfect! The house was clean had everything we needed from beach chairs, beach towels & grill.It was 3 minutes from the beach it was really perfect! We even got to see the turtles on the beach »

« We had a wonderful stay at Nihi Kai! The condo was clean and had more than enough towels, dishes, cooking supplies, etc. They even provided umbrellas, beach chairs and boogie boards. These were great for the easy walk down to Brennecke and Poipu beaches! »

« This place is amazing. It is in a great location. Perfect for taking walks. Poipu beach is just minutes away. There is a hiking trail that takes you to caves and a hidden beach. It comes with a private deck that is shared with the condo next door. No need to schedule a whale watching tour. You can watch whales breach all day long. The deck overhangs the water below. « Location was nice, but we went during peak season in July and paid over 600 per night. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, thin and squeaky every time I turned over. Then mosquitoes got in the living room from a hole in the sliding door. We were getting bit up from day one. The second night, we were spraying bug spray on our cloths before bed to prevent more mosquito bites through the night. Terrible sleep for three nights in “paradise”. Would not stay here again, absolutely overpriced. »

« Walking distance to Poipu, although we opted for the short drive to carry snorkeling gear, chairs, et al. Also walking distance to Rim Fire, one of our favorite restaurants. I would rate this specific unit as being one of the best locations on the entire Plantation property. Upstairs, which is a better view and quieter than downstairs. The balcony has an unobstructed view over the lawn to the ocean. »

« Perfect house and location for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Hawai‘i. We enjoyed to have three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. The highlight was to sit outside on the lanai even when it was raining. We can recommend this house by 100%. »

« This property was in an amazing location very near Poipu beach. Worked very well for our family of 14. Access to off-site athletic club with beautiful pool and Cabana Grill.
