Kettle, and TV (however only 1 English Channel) . Initially did not think WiFi worked but found it worked on the balcony. For Ko Lipe we have found this accommodation to be a reliable option. We like the Lipe Inn. "

"It wasn’t clean when I got there. Had to ask for somebody to clean. Staff looked like they were very bothered every time you said something. Breakfast included was not worth the money. "We knew it was small, especially for a family with 3 children, but we were there for the sea and beach. Nice common area and free tea and coffee acted as our kitchen. Fridge was shared and saved us lots of eating out. Deal breaker was day 7 coming to the room and seeing a rat on our bed. No sleep that night, checked out early.No refund."
