« I booked a room with a bed and a double bed sofa but finally the sofa was not a bed and not for two persons. I asked the reception to change my room and they did. Also 2 hotels are in the same building with two différents laundry at two different floors. It was confusing and I obviously went in the wrong laundry. When I wanted to get my laundry I couldn’t access the floor and when I asked the help of the reception, it took time to get help, the washing machine had been stopped and my clothes...
