Lovely staff but terrible food. Lack of drink choices, and there were just an overwhelming number of users at the lounge, it was not a pleasant experience at all. Besides, the lounge was not available during breakfast hours, which forced us to go to the buffet hall. That place was fully packed, it was very hard to get a table.
