Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! It was a great location and super easy to walk to for food. I like that breakfast was included and how the receptionists were very friendly. While the room was clean, it was very outdated. I love how there were lots of windows in our room to see the view though (level 6).
