Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! The room was nice with plenty of space. Staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to look after us. It was facing the lake and we regretted not booking the lakeside view. Hotel provide good and simple breakfast.
