Staff was very friendly and made the check-in experience seamless. They offer free bug spray use in the lobby. Location was very convenient, we were just a few minutes walk away from Ita Thao pier for the ferry and restaurants/shops. The hotel's breakfast was good and they offer free tea (they claim to be premium) and biscuits during the day until 6pm! The room was nice with plenty of space. Staff were all super friendly and went out of their way to look after us. It was a great location and super easy to walk to for food. I like that breakfast was included and how the receptionists were very friendly. While the room was clean, it was very outdated. I love how there were lots of windows in our room to see the view though (level 6). Room is quite spacious. Breakfast is basic, as in most minsu. Hotel is rather old and bedroom floor is rather dusty. No hand soap or hand towels provided. Location is right next to the Ita Thaoqlake and just 3 minutes walk to old street and pier.
