« When we went to check in on the day of our rental, I was told that our card didn't go though. There wasn't any communication about a problem. The reservation still said valid in the app. We had no way of knowing that there was an issue, we offered a new card and was told that the cabin was no longer available. »

« We stayed for two nights with friends and found this place not so thoughtful for families. I found no showering supplies in 2 out of 3 bathrooms. Limited supplies for cooking (No cooking oil) and laundry (I found only 3 laundry detergent pouches)...the towels were still in the dryer without being properly stored or folded! Master bedroom bed is not comfortable at all. This place might need some update and maintainance. »
