« The sunrise over the lake with the fall colors just staring to pop was exactly what we were looking for. Crisp mornings on the dock with a cup of coffee. The outdoor space couldn’t be better. The house has some quirky upstate New York charm that makes it feel more cozy than upscale. We did enjoy some giggles. Tina was quick to respond to any query we had, both before and during our stay. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage! The place was comfortable and clean. It’s very close to Keuka State Park, which was a great place for short hikes. We also visited a couple local wineries, but we visited in the off season so many were only open on the weekends. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sulfur taste and smell in the water. The brita pitcher provided helped a lot. We would definitely stay again. »

« 5 stars are not enough! This cottage is fantastic, and Nancy is a pleasure to work with. The mud room as you walk in is exactly what's needed (big enough, no wasted space). The main area is open, with a counter/cabinet island separating the kitchen from the LR. Decor is contemporary and well maintained. All the appliances, cookware and servingware you need. The pantry is huge. The kitchen table is large. The LR is sizeable with 2 sofas, 2 chairs and a nice coffee table. Smart TV is large and has...

« This vacation home was in the perfect location! Beautiful sunrise views from an impressive front patio. The property is very peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed our time at both ends of Seneca Lake. « We had a great weekend. Property was clean and receptive. Instructions were perfect and communication with host was great. One of the mattresses could use updating. Also, there is no TV. This wasn't an issue for us, but it surprised me. We would stay there again if we need extra space in the area. »

« Very clean and comfortable. The house was very small, but the outside Deck and patio made up for it. My only complaint is the beds were too small. I would get rid of the bunk beds and replace them with two twin beds or one double bed. Otherwise the place and location were really nice. I hope to come back again. »

"As soon as we arrived, the clerk told us how to get to our room, but it wasn't clear. The manager took care of us to show us our room. His purpose was to sell us the dinning facility, and he was a little too pushy for me! The driveway to the check in had a big hole which was easy to fix temporarily with a bag of gravel rock! The front door of our room was filled with sticky leaves from last fall. The environment around the Hotel is splendid. "
