With plenty of space indoors and out, this pet-friendly retreat with space for up to 10 guests offers the perfect balance of relaxation and Finger Lakes adventure. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large sectional sofa and flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. The adjoining dining room seats up to ten guests, while the fully equipped country-style kitchen makes meal prep easy. With four bedrooms plus additional sleeping areas, Winey Duck comfortably accommodates larger groups. Two lakeside bedrooms upstairs feature a king and queen bed, while the lower level offers another queen bedroom and a bunk room that's great for kids. A futon and three full bathrooms ensure plenty of flexibility and comfort for everyone. Step outside and enjoy the best of lakefront living on Seneca Lake. A spacious deck is perfect for dining or relaxing with a glass of Finger Lakes wine, while the retractable awning provides shade during summer afternoons. There is about 10 feet of natural entry into the lake, ideal for young children and pets alike! Please be mindful of neighboring properties and do not cross property lines. Parking is strictly enforced to 2 spaces by zoning regulations. RR Tracks run behind this property. Per New York state and county regulations, the occupancy for this property is strictly limited. The maximum occupancy stated on this listing is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time, including infants and children. This includes both day and overnight guests, no exceptions. Note: 1\. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving. 2\. The whole house had to be aired out. I was down with a migraine the entire first evening we were there and could barely function. My friend was having allergy and asthma symptoms within minutes. The next morning, we all had complained about how squeeky the beds were, it was keeping everyone up listening to each other moving. The next morning, I took picture of black mold on the bathroom windows, mold spots forming on the dining room ceiling and then saw there must have been water damage because the entire living room has been recently drywalled and spackled, it hadn't even been sanded and painted yet. The bunk room was the most mysty smelling, i couldnt imagine letting my child sleep in there. The price you pay to rent this house on top of all of the paperwork and insurance that had to be purchased did not match up with the condition of this house. ##### Sheri J. Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2024 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Brian C. 18 mars 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Quick weekend We stayed at Winey Duck Cottage for a weekend in March, so it was off-season which made it feel private. The property is fantastic! I would like to visit during the summer when we can take advantage of water activities. We would definitely stay there again. ##### Brian C.
