"The hotel was nice, although from the pictures we assumed we were on the beach but we were actually across the street. They cancelled our reservation because we didnt arrive till after midnight but expedia said check in was till any time. So that was annoying because they had to take like 30 min making a new reservation and im pretty sure we didnt get as nice of a room as I had booked originally. Check out is 12 so that was really refreshing. The hot tub was very nice."

"The NOT so good … The beds are insanely high … like … bring a step stool- high. I am 5’3 and I used the ottoman to help me get into bed comfortably. No joke. I literally do not understand why a bed would need to be that tall. Not only that, but the giant, heavy platform that the bed sits on is so big and heavy, it obviously can’t be moved to clean around it and the filth and nastiness between the head of the bed and the wall … DISGUSTING to say the least. So awful. The GOOD: The location is great. The coffee all day long in the lobby was great. The ocean view rooms are fantastic. The staff was so friendly and helpful and kind. The pet friendly hotel policy was awesome."

"We rented two rooms during Mother's Day weekend. Both rooms smelled like smokers. My mom is allergic so we complained but they didn't have any open rooms. The staff ran ozone which helped a little but the smell was still very strong. We ended up renting another room at a different hotel for the second night. "

"The location of this home was wonderful- easy walk to a beautiful ocean view, and trail down to a peaceful beach. The home was older, with some fun character. Unfortunately, all of the mattresses were old as well. Saggy and very uncomfortable. One of the beds that was listed as a queen size, was so small that our guests' legs were hanging off the end. Also, the host expected a 10:00 AM checkout and charged 57 for a later check out. If I could ensure all of the mattresses were replaced, I would consider booking this house again. Otherwise, not a chance."

"This place was great for a family. Perfect amount of space for everyone, great location with an easy walk to the beach, and an amazing pool. The staff was wonderful too-they made me and my kid feel so welcomed"
