The Space:  
This comfortable studio apartment has the ability to accommodate 2 people. It is an ideal choice for both single travelers and couples. The space of the apartment offers a living area with a kitchenette, a balcony with garden furniture and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The property is distinguished by its pleasant decor, aesthetics and functionality. The living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and TV with Netflix, is the perfect place for rest and relaxation. In addition, you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine on the balcony overlooking the Oder River. Guests can take advantage of a welcome set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and a wide range of household items. Unique accessories, as well as wooden accents, give the interior a luxurious decor. The Neighborhood:  
Comfortable apartment located in an intimate, modern building, in a very quiet and green area, at Na Grobli street. Near the building (550 m), there is the Wroclaw Zoo - the largest zoo in Poland. The neighborhood is characterized by proximity to the Odra River and a variety of places for entertainment and recreation - 550 m (6 minutes on foot) to Hydropolis, 950 m - Polinka cable car, 1.7 km - Centennial Hall. Very close is also a sailing marina. An ideal place for those who appreciate peace and quiet, but at the same time want to enjoy the charms and attractions of the big city, being always in the center of events! In addition, the area is characterized by a multitude of beach bars, where you can enjoy a colorful drink accompanied by a beautiful view of the Oder River.  
The city center is located in about 3 km from the apartment. Less than a 30-minute walk is enough to reach Wroclaw's Market Square and other tourist attractions in the center. The advantage of the location is the extensive public transportation and infrastructure around the estate allowing convenient and easy access to any place in the city, including outside its borders. In the neighborhood you can visit numerous retail and service outlets and restaurants.
