"The house is new. Very clean. Mason is great at communication—answered very quickly. Sent welcome and reminders during the week. Large master bath. Also, very convenient to have washer and dryer upstairs. Very close to grocery stores and downtown restaurants. It was nice to have a garage door opener so we didn’t have to get out and use the keypad every time. Only negative is bed was a little too soft."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very cozy and clean and I appreciated all the decor and nice touches that made the house feel like a home away from home. Very thoughtful setup! One thing was that It’s difficult to tell how close the home is to heart of Sedona, drove 40 minutes to Basha’s and restaurants but we weren’t in any hurry to get anywhere in particular so it was fine. Also, there were not enough linens, specifically face towels for everyone."

"The property was wonderful, the drive up to the Grand Canyon was breathtaking and well worth the travel! For a party if 7 (which included 3 children) this space was perfect. The only thing I would have appreciated was a baby gate for the stairs, but we just all kept an eye on the little person. I'd definitely recommend!"

"One of the best VRBO stays I have had. Extremely roomy, clean, and comforting. Great neighborhood vibe. I actually intended to stay in Flagstaff but last minute planning led me to this gem. "We had a great time and Munds Park is such a nice town, we would stay here again for sure. The house was stocked well and feels very safe. The beds were comfortable and have plenty of space. All the appliances worked great including the washer and dryer. There are just a couple of things we noticed that could be better. The bathrooms and kitchen need a good deep cleaning. It has older kitchen cabinets which isn’t a big deal just needs the inside of drawers and front of cabinets scrubbed good....
