« This was our third stay at The Plaza. We love being able to stay there when visiting our granddaughter at Winona State. We like the fact that is has a very nice attached restaurant, a great free breakfast, and friendly staff. The only complaint I have had in three visits happened this time. It was this: our bathroom smelled like a wet dog -- a smell that I cannot stand! Obviously, a previous guest had given their pet a bath. Too bad the room hadn't been cleaned up properly and sanitized. I had...

« A charming place to stay with a spacious primary bedroom, laundry room, and living areas. The backyard patio is a perfect place for a morning coffee and a quiet evening. We would definitely rebook on our next visit. »

« Parkview is a quaint bungalow one block off the Lake. Easy access to Downtown, Winona State and recreation. Lovely back yard and front porch. Plenty of party in front and back. Definitely will stay again. »

« We stayed at the hotel and when we got in I saw a fly flying around. My daughter ended up killing it. But, I also saw a beetle and earwig in the bathroom. Not very pleasing to see bugs in your hotel room. The beds were too hard. My daughter didn't mind it, but I wasn't crazy about a hard bed. The chair wasn't comfy either. We ended up getting some sleep, but it was a little hard for me. It's a beautiful property, but just make sure there are no bugs in your hotel rooms. »

« A great place for a retreat! Arcadia is 7 minutes away. Walmart is 20ish minutes away in Winona. Bunch of great curvy roads for motorcyclists. Host always gives free candy, popcorn and a nice selection of dvds. Very very cozy. Starting to come here every year now just to hit the roads. Great cafe place in Arcadia called El Dorado. Breakfast is top notch. »

« Friendly staff. The pool is nice and clean, same for the meeting room and the patio outside. It’s quite comfortable and feel safe. Rooms follow the same idea and AC work well. A really nice hotel for short or long stay. »

« Beautiful property with views of the Mississippi. Host checked in on us often and was very accommodating. We really enjoyed reading about the history of the home. There were so many cute details including a framed print of the original house plans. Nice place to stay. »
