"Only issue was checking in. There was no one at the desk, so after we waited between 5 to 10 min I went behind the desk and knocked on the door. When the door opened, the young man was very rude because I was behind the desk!! There should be a bell at the desk!! We did peek in the restaurant and the person there just said someone should be there soon but didn't make any effort to find someone to help us check in. You also should put water glasses in the rooms."
